What You’ll Learn: Wekiva Culinary’s Four-Year Course Progression

What our students study is what makes us special.

Wekiva Culinary offers the same four core courses available to ALL culinary students throughout the district.

However, we also offer five UNIQUE courses that are not offered on any other campus.

In addition to these standard classes, each year we offer special, semester-long exploration classes after school. These 8th period classes are for credit and meet once per week to provide more of our students opportunities to explore the exciting career field of culinary arts. From food science to the practicalities of running a pop-up kitchen, this highly selective class provides students even MORE learning and preparation for their future careers.

All students are welcome to apply for a spot in one of these VERY limited space classes. Applications open two weeks after the first day of school.
