Apple Dijon Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons grey poupon or other , quality dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon shallot finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Whisk together first five ingredients.
  • In a thin, steady stream, whisk in the oil until emulsified.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
