red-wine vinegar
Instructions
Blend mustard with dry mustard, add spices, sugar and lemon juice.
Slowly and alternately whisk in soy sauce, oil and vinegar.
Dressing keeps well in refrigerator.
Makes about 1 1/2 quarts.
