Italian Meatball Master Recipe

Ingredients

ground beef

large eggs
lightly beaten

cups
grated parmesan cheese

bread crumbs

cup
fresh minced garlic

salt

fresh ground black pepper

milk
½
cups
dried oregano
2
cups
chopped fresh parsley
or 1 C dried parsley
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl being careful not to overmix.
Shape into meatballs with a #10 disher
At this point you can place on a half sheet and freeze to use later, or cover with plastic wrap refrigerate up to 24 hours before using.
Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes or until 155*F.
Add the meatballs to sauce and simmer for 20 minutes
