150 oz can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
3 1/2cupsmilk28 ounces
2#10 cans cut green beansdrained
6poundsof white onionscut into slivers
1Tablespoonsonion powder
1/2cupsoy sauce
1TablespoonsGround Black pepper
24ouncefrench fried onions
Instructions
Saute onions on low heat until translucent
Pour beans into prepared 2.5" hotel pan
Blend soup, milk, sauteed onions, and seasonings
Pour soup mixture over beans and GENTLY combine
Cover, label, and refrigerate
Remove from cooler one hour before baking; bake uncovered at 350 for one hour or until 145 F. Stir VERY, VERY GENTLY HALFWAY THROUGH TO AVOID BREAKING UP GREAN BEANS. Add fried onions on top and bake additional 10 minutes.
